A unique (business)opportunity in the center of Guaro on the town square, with stunning panoramic views from the roof terrace!
This authentic 3 level-building has been beautifully reformed, to very high standards, and is move-in ready. It contains 3 separate apartments, which are available for sale separate or together as one property.
There is a ground floor apartment with private entrance and garage, and two apartments directly above that share an entrance and stairwell. All three apartments share a large roof terrace with stunning panoramic views.
The central location is easily accessible, even by car, and tapas bars, the cultural center of Guaro, the local bakery, busstop and supermarket are just a few steps away! The beaches of the Costa del Sol are within a 25 minute drive, Malaga within 40 minutes and the natural park Sierra de las Nieves is just around the corner.
The 105 m2 apartment located on the ground floor, consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and a fully fitted kitchen. The street that gives access to the ground floor apartment, is a level higher then the village square and gives you the idea of being on a first level. Next to the entrance of the apartment is a garage with space for a small car. Entering the ground floor, you arrive in a beautiful lobby with double doors, which take you into the living room. At the right side of the living room, there are two spacious double bedrooms. One with windows to the front of the house, and one overlooks the patio at the back of the house. Both rooms have large fitted wardrobes and the bedroom that is located at the back of the house has an ensuite bathroom. To the left side of the living room is a door which gives indoor access to the garage and a second bathroom. Crossing the living room, you enter the modern kitchen, which has access to the patio at the back of the house. From the patio, steps lead you into a large storage room. The ground floor apartment is finished to very high standards and would be very suitable for people with mobility issues, as it is all on one level and easily accessible via a slope which leads you to the entrance. Everything is brand new and finished to very high standards. The big windows are double glazed, the floors and bathrooms are beautifully tiled and the modern new doors have an authentic Andalusian look. The only thing you need to bring to this property is a key!
With access from the street above, this apartment although having the height of a first floor apartment, has the access and feeling of being on the ground floor. The large windows overlook the plaza from the living room. There are three bedrooms (two doubles and a single), two bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen.
The shared stairwell feels like a luxury hotel lobby and leads you to the roof terrace on top of the building, which offers stunning panoramic views over the village and valley. It also has several storage rooms. The first- and second floor apartment have the same lay-out and are finished up to very hight standards. The large double glazed windows have French balconies at the front of the house, all rooms have fitted wordrobes and the airconditioning that is hidden away in the ceilings. The only thing you need to bring to these properties is a key!
The second floor apartment shares the same entrance as the first floor apartment. You go up the stairs to the second level and find three bedrooms (two doubles and a single), two bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. The lay-out is similar to the first floor apartment and the views from the living room overlook the town square and beautiful valley.
Again, everything is finished up to very hight standards. The large double glazed windows have French balconies at the front of the house, all rooms have fitted wordrobes and the airconditioning that is hidden away in the ceilings. The only thing you need to bring to these properties is a key!
Guaro is a modest white village, located on the edge of the Sierra de las Nieves natural park. Thanks to its elevated position, at over 350 metres above sea level, the village offers privileged views across the surrounding countryside. The area is known for producing almonds and olives, which is an important part of the local economy. Guaro has it ´s own olive mill, where locals have their harvests pressed. We have a video about the mill on our Youtube channel, to give you an impression. The village of Guaro is also used as an Eastern base for access to the Sierra de las Nieves, were you have stunning nature hikes and adventurous activities. It is the ideal spot for outdoor lovers and also offers a few famous cultural activities like the Luna Mora festival in September. Like many white villages in Andalucia, the village dates back to the Arabic occupation of Spain. Luna Mora, translated as Moorish Moon is an historic celebration with arts, crafts and music in the open air amphitheater. Throughout the evenings of the ten day festival, there is a Moorish style street souk, and the entire village is illuminated by over 20,000 candles which is truly beautiful to experience! Each July the village celebrates its annual pilgrimage parade or ‘Romeria’ terminating at the tiny chapel of ‘Ermita del Santuario del Puerto’. Another typical Andalusian event, where everybody is welcome to join.
